Ladders: Can't move on after climbing up.

When I climb up a ladder, most times, I get stuck on the ladder's end and then I get thrown back down the ladder.
In the picture, you can see 4 variants of the entrance, I'm having the problem with. In most cases I wasn't able to reach the top of the ladder without falling down again. I always need to "strafe" sideways to reach the floor. But even this way I often fail to get into the vehicle.
PS:
The climbing speed could be a bit faster for my taste. Most people still use jetpacks because the ladders are very slowing them down.

I have the same thing. If the ladder is placed on a plain armour block, it's usually fine. But God forbid if it's placed close to a catwalk or a sliding door like you have on one of your pictures. Either I get stuck at best and have to use the jetpack to get out, or the ladder summons Clang at worst and I'm pushed into the nearest wall at max speed.
