Kicked out of my faction?

I am playing on Keen CZ #2 and after a server restart I have been apparently kicked from my faction. That is, I can still see that I am in the faction on the Factions tab, but I get Access Denied to all blocks of the ship(even those I built myself) with an exception(small hydrogen thrusters). I can't even leave the cryo chamber I was disconnected in.
On the other hand I can now see green unknown signal which I couldn't for last two weeks or so.
