Keen Server UK#8 has become unplayable

At the time of writing, all players in the Keen Official UK#8 Server are experiencing rubberbanding, that either prohibits all movement, or causes them to move very slowly and to rubberband to the spot they were in just a second ago. There is no other apparent reason than the large number of blocks in the world, although the warning message for it in the Performance Warning menu has been there since i started playing.

Despite the newest update (1.187.205), the issue persists. I would like to add that this issue only exists on Earth, and it happens to everyone on it.

It should be fixed in hotfix v187.206.
