Keen NA #11 paused for over 24 Hours

Solved

Myself and many others who frequent NA #11 have been unable to play for the last 24 hours with no rhyme or reason. Myself and several others were logged in when this happened and the server still shows us as being connected in the server details.


Please fix, we just want to play our game :(

48 Hours now with the server STILL paused and no response from Keen, I have spoken with several others and have confirmed that nobody can access NA #11.


Hey Keen, I don't mean to sound rude in your house... but could you kindly get someone off their butt long enough to go press a button? At the very least you could have someone take 3 seconds to let me know you're aware of the issue.

Hmmm.... how about no? I do not want to join your Discord, this is your official website and I should not have to help boost your Discord numbers to please YOUR boss. I reported a bug... now fix it. It is not my job to help make your social media BS seem more active and relevant than it actually is.
