Jump Drives Not Jumping Desired Distance/GpsCords

To me this seems like a bug, but every time i try to make a jump to a desired gps cords or even set distance its always doing the full distance, even when i have a GPS Cord selected as seen in the images, im still apparently attempting to blind jump
