Ion thrusters bugged after undock from connecter

Low chance to reproduce. Multiplayer session.
After undocking, the ion thrusters no longer work properly; when using movement controls, you see the thrust from the engines, but the real velocity is not altered.
1. Dock ship to station with connector
2. Undock ship from station.
3. Ions thruster bugged, ship almost not react at throttle ions thusters. But hydrogen thruster working ok.
P.S Server restart fix this problem.
