Invisible Voxels, GUI Bug, Bad Input Latency

The last two times I've been on my survival single player world voxels have visually disssapeard in large areas. The last time I was on (just now) when opening the inventory of a cargo container the GUI was doubled. And in addition to that, I've been having quite bad input lag.
