Inventory Double clicking ALWAYS sends parts to top of list cargo even if not displayed

If I type in the name of both inventories on the left and right panes they are the only inventories that are displayed. Before the update, double clicking inventory stacks in one pane sent them to the other. Now, after the update, it sends the stack to what ever inventory would have been at the top of the pane list before you typed in the name of the specific inventory in each search box. So double clicking no longer works correctly.
