Inventory bug redo

I am currently on NA #5 at 9898.03 x 129494.28 y -112831.93 z and I have the old inventory bug where it is not updating the inventory in my assembler. If I select something to build it acts like it is producing it but nothing is produced. If I try to click on something in the assembler inventory it is not transferred out of inventory.

It appears to have now cleared up. What I have done since the report. Jumped into my ship and went outside of the gravity well of the moon. Then I ground down my refinery. After both these steps I noticed the assembler inventory updated with what I had asked it to produce and I was able to remove it. I don't know if leaving the moon gravity well would have done anything or if it was the refinery that was causing the issue.
