Industrial Refinery and Assembler catwalks don't line up but ports do

The railing on the Industrial Refinery first floor blocks access to the Industrial Assembler if you attach the Assembler's port to the Refinery's port on the right side of the Refinery.
Expected behavior: I can walk up the stairs into the Refinery, then turn left to access the Assembler.
Actual behavior: There's a railing that prevents that. See screenshots.
I have the same bug 
I think Some blocks are too "artistic", also there was nothingh wrong with the first version anyway.
Now we have 2 skins for the same thingh. Just like wheels and others. The time spent making the second skin could be better spent on somethingh ealse.
