Ice disappears from O2 Generators

I'm on a survival dedicated server and I have a script that turns on the oxygen generators when either hydrogen or oxygen gets too low. Well, I had 150K of ice stored in my cargo boxes, the script turns on. I come to check on the levels a minute or 2 later and all the ice in my base is gone and my 2 hydrogen tanks are only filled up about 1% since I turned on the O2 generators.
