I have all dlcs bought and some paint skins can't be accesed

So i bought all dlcs and i can't paint some paint skins can't be accesed. Proof in print screens below:

This issue with skins should be already solved. It was caused by Steam settings.
Try to restart Game / restart Steam and please let us know if it was helpful.
