I found cause for a minor bug causing blocks using same colour act as if they use different colours

Quick description of bug just in case: sometimes after you paint blocks and then place new blocks using same colour, edges appear as if they were different colour.
Thanks to paint gun mod I found out that https://i.imgur.com/f8WfaU7.jpg
What it shows is selected colour values are fractions but new block rounded those numbers to whole numbers. Painting the block puts it back to fractions so it fits again though.
