I can't rejoin a friends game

I can't rejoin a friends game. We play with mods.
i play in the game and out of nowhere i got some connection problems. When I want to rejoin it says the Server doesn't exist and when I restart the game an try it again it says that the server runs on game version 00_000_000
I have the same bug
