Hydrogen tank, Oxygen tank and h2/o2 generator not working

I got some random bug on my dedicated space engineers server with sometimes h2/o2 not going into bottles or can't refill at medic bay everything is connect with it sometimes just stop working (for no reason). Everything is connected so its not a problem I can access all the containers and the are 50% full and they worked earlier in my session. I need to restart my server to fix the issue.
The server & my pc do have the correct specs if you need the bug report and world put it below than I will add it.
I made a little video about what the issue is I couldn't add the world & log file to the bug report because 2mb maximum?
