Hydrogen production without Ice consumption.

Hi,
it is possible to produce Hydrogen without the consumption of Ice.
Built a Hydrogen Tank, a Oxygen Generator and a Energie Source whose max. Output is below the need of the Oxygen Gerator, a Solar Panel for example. Now put some Ice in the Generator. The Hydrogentank fills up but no Ice is consumed.
I discovered it in the public Test of the new Patch, but it works also in the current Version.
