I was playing and my hydrogen thrusters would cut out and I had full hydrogen they are piped properly.

From what I can tell your ship needs more battery's, if there are too little of them your ship will take to much power for a small amount.
(even hydrogen thrusters take energy)

it´s quite longtime from your original post. So let me first of all ask whether you are still experiencing this issue even nowadays, or if it was fixed in the meantime. Or was it just issue with insufficient energy, as Trenton states in his comment?
