Huge lag when "Show Block In Terminal" is toggled

How to replicate: select 20 or so blocks. Toggle "Show block in terminal". Watch as you have to wait for several seconds.

I should add that, in sufficient numbers, this can totally lock up the game to the point it must be force closed.

When hosting a multiplayer session in the game client, this kicks most if not all connected players.

I can hide 800 blocks, wait a few minutes, and everything starts working again. (I did this yesterday).

In single player, if I try to hide 300 blocks, the game locks up and doesn't come back, ever. 10 minutes later, still locked up. Have to force quit it.
