Hinge Exploit allows combining full hinge to hinge-part.

There is a strange exploit that has recently surfaced allowing players to combine a full hinge block to a hinge part, combined with some other blocks this allows a ship to exceed the maximum speed limit, and invoking large amounts of Clang in the process. Obviously this is not intentional behaviour for the blocks to be combined like this and needs to be addressed.
