Hand welder stops working on grid
Stealing cargo ships, using a grinder/welder to hack blocks works for awhile then, on some grids, just stops. It will weld up to the functionality line, but won't complete the block. The blocks have all the materials they need, and the welder animation plays for as long as you hold down left click. We can place & weld up new blocks, and if I bring my welding ship it can weld up "stuck" blocks no problem.
Once a grid has this problem, I can't, nor can other players, weld it by hand for an extended period of time. Eventually the grid "unlocks" and the welder works again, but that has taken >1 hour in some cases.
Rejoining the server doesn't seem to help, nor do server restarts. The server is in experimental mode, but doesn't have any mods. It's a Survival 1-1-1-1, hosted by pingperfect (not my server, so getting server logs is unlikely unless I run into the admins)
This is really frustrating when trying to capture cargo ships, as it basically blocks hacking.
