Grinder stops deconstructing blocks after.... (1.192.022)

The hand grinder stops deconstructing blocks after you've double-clicked left click for it to auto grind and then proceed to hold down left click after a second or so.
I've also tested it on a completely vanilla non-modded world and the problem persists.
(Only tested in Survival mode, game version: 1.192.022)
