Grids deleting on hosted server

Basically, hosting a server through gtx, grids started deleting out of nowhere, after no issue for a few weeks. Restored to a backup done at a known good time, disabled trash removal and made sure grid/block/pcu limits were not a factor, relaunched, and it takes a lot longer to load than normal, the game hangs when I spawn, and the grids are not there. I am only being told to restore to a backup and do what I have done already, and support cant offer any more help outside of saying ask here.
