Grid Control Forbidden

Using a grid that has 2 cockpits (3x3x3 small grid "standard" cockpit for both cockpits, in my own testing) and going into one, then setting the other as the main cockpit. Exiting the secondary cockpit and going into the main cockpit, you get notification on your screen of
"Grid Control Forbidden.
Seat/remote with higher priority is already occupied."
Also with no control of the grid. Secondary cockpit also isn't able to control grid.
