Graphic clipping - Grated stairs to Beam block

Grated Stairs 9Catwalk stairs) placed with the top connection a beam block (I beam blocks from Heavy Industries DLC). At the top, on each side is a post from the railing to the floor. It paints properly on the stairs. However, there is ghosting of pixels on each of the railings the clips into the beam block
Natural color - flickering occurs
One side painted different color -- flickering occurs
Both sides painted different color -- flickering occurs
Both sides pain same color-- flickering occurs
