Got shot in friendly enviroment

Hi there!
I am playing in a firendly enviroment, I built a base on the earthlike planet and even got to the first enemy base without any problem (got weapons disabled but random encounters activated).
I got to the point where I'm leaving the planet for a trip into the space, suddenly my mining ship dismantles it, because Im getting shot by an enemy drone ship which spawned right next to my ship ?!
Checked the world settings, they are still friendly, reloaded the last backup, same thing! Two enemy ships are about 17 and 15 kms away and all the sudden a enemy drone spawns right next to me.
I have the same bug
