Glitching blocks

After some time, blocks start to glitch, by the means of falling through them and running into invisible one. Also my character cannot run up slopes anymore but starts sliding down.
Just player created blocks seem to be affected.
I'm running a 16GB RAM system and usage is from 9000-12000 MB while paging file size is around 22000MB.
