Gas Flow Problems

I have created a configuration which should fill the tanks (if connected properly), but the generators don't see the tanks if they are connected.
When the fuel shed is connected to the system and the O2 Generators, the generators pull ice from the system. When the shed is connected to the tanks and the system, the system can pull hydrogen from the tanks. When the shed is connected to the tanks and the generators, the generators do not fill the tanks.
In a previous configuration, all three pads were part of the same grid. I thought separating them would help the computer, but the problem persists.
In addition, sorters do not control the flow of gasses like they do items. I'm sure somebody has already mentioned it.
