Game stutters exactly every 1 to 2 seconds with and without mods.

Won't Fix

The game stutters with no mods 20 mods or 300 I've reinstalled the game and still happens even deleted the hole %appdata% se folder still no change, but the stutter is more noticeable with mods even just one mod.

Also I have not played the game in 3 to 5 months and I did not have a problem even with 300+ mods and the mods are the same ones, also I tried updating my drivers and that did not fix it.

This log file is with mods and I have all DLC's.

Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. Please can you supply a copy of your log from when this happens without any mods. For this we will be focusing completely on you using no mods. I appreciate you have tried a couple of things but can you please do the below

Verify your game files in Steam

Right click on Space Engineers in Steam Library → Properties → Local Files → Verify Integrity of Game Files

Delete SpaceEngineers.cfg file

It means your game configuration will be deleted
You can access your SpaceEngineers.cfg by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers.

Delete ShaderCache folder

Same access as SpaceEngineers.cfg

Back up your whole Space Engineers Roaming folder and delete it
Restart Steam
Reinstall VC Redist 2017
Update graphic drivers
Reinstall the game
Make sure your operating system is fully updated

I've already tried deleting the cfg, the roaming folder, cache, verify the files and update drivers that did not work, Right now I'm going to try reinstalling VC Redist 2017. after that ill try reinstalling the game. i add the requested logs. thank you for helping me.

i just got done with reinstalling se with no luck but i have found out that my game is complaining about the scene is to complex, for some reason even though its a new world could that have something to do with it?
