Game Stuttering

The game as whole runs fine, except when I use my mouse to look around the entire game stutters horribly. If I run in a straight line the game runs as if everything is fine, but again once I begin to look around with my mouse the game stutters horribly.
This also happens when I load into an empty world, and my desktop can easily run the game.
