Won't Fix

Hi! Sorry for my English. I want to thank you for such a wonderful game. But.....

And so, there is a problem. Every 3-5 minutes I see this message: "the game is suspended. Сonnection problem" and the game freezes for 5-10 seconds. Sometimes the territory is not loaded and the character or equipment falls into infinity, and as a result you lose what you built for several hours, or even days. There are no such problems in other games. the problem is not the first year and not only for me. When will this be fixed? I think it's a server-side problem. And such a mistake makes angry and im get not pleasure but annoyance from the game.

thanks for contacting us regarding your issue.

Can I please ask what servers you are trying to reach when this error is around? Is it one particular server (which one?) or do you experience it on multiple - any that you try to connect to?

Is it on official servers (the KEEN ones) or others? Is the server using some mods or does it happen on vanilla server (without mods) as well?

Taking that you are not experiencing it in the single-player game... but how about Lobby MP? Can you try? When starting New game, there is Online mode option. Try to run some of that and let me know if it happens even like this, when you are running the server as admin.

Can you share any more information, please? From top of my head, the internet connection speed (up/down) might be good place to check. Are you maybe from time to time suffering with high ping?

I play only on official servers, tried it on different (Keen EU, Keen DE, Keen RU) . The frequency of the game freezing changes. On some-often (5-10 minutes) on others less (10-15 minutes) sometimes you play without problems for an hour, but then the same problem still begins: "the game is suspended. Connection problem" This is really annoying, as it interferes with the gameplay. I talked in the game chat with other players, they confirm this problem. Usually, after restarting the server , there are no problems within 30-40 minutes. My Internet connection: 80 - 100 mb/sec. Ping - 3-5 ms, maximum 40. Started the game as an administrator - it didn't help,

So... Results. For two hours of the game, there are about 40 messages that "The game is suspended. Connection loss". Other players have the same thing. The official server. Test the online game mode yourself on the official servers. You'll see what happens.

Dear developers, it is really necessary to solve the problem of constant freezing of the game. It's unrealistic to play like this. This spoils all the good things that are in the game. Many players quit the game due to poor network synchronization. Probably - the servers are working terribly badly. Today I started the game again, and after 30 minutes I had a desire - to remove this creativity to hell, because my nerves are at the limit. REALLY-every 5 minutes, " The game is paused. Today I spent several hours building transport and mining ore. In the end, everything is lost because I fell under the textures. Several hours have been wasted. Disgusting. Is it really impossible to make a rebirth button from textures? With this approach to business, you will not have any players who are interested in playing. How can you play a game that infuriates? With all due respect to your creativity - I'm deleting the game. It did not meet my expectations by 100%. this is fraud on your part. If you are doing a job , do it normally. The game is interesting-100%. But the implementation of the network component leaves much to be desired. In addition, players in the game chat talk about the possibility of duplicating resources. This is no good at all. The online game must be protected from dupes, friezes and the use of third-party software. I'm deleting this game to hell.

sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, there is really nothing we can do, as we are not able to reproduce this issue on our side and it seems to be the connectivity issue. Truth to be told, 40ms is quite high ping. Are you using wi-fi or are you connected by the cable? That also might help you to sort this issue at least a bit, to avoid the possible data/package loss on wi-fi connection.

Regarding the unfortunate loss of your vehicle, please contact the servers admins as they and only they can restore it for you.

I have a cable connection. 40 ms is on Keen DE servers. On others, 3-5 ms. I checked my connection for packet loss - the packets are not lost. Yesterday I played on Keen DE#4 - for 1 hour of play, the game paused 4 times. I switched to the Keen RU server - for 1 hour - it hung 12 times. At the same time, the ping on the first server is 40 ms, and on the second 3 m s. In my opinion, it's not about my cable. I repeat, I am not the only one with the problem, there are 16 people online on the server, and everyone has problems. When everyone has problems, it means that the problem is on the server side. In addition, there is no such thing in other games. For example, "StarBase" - no problem, "Empyrion galactic survival" - no problem. I'm just drawing your attention to a problem that is serious enough not to play this game. It's a pity that you don't want to deal with this situation in such a wonderful game.

Nothing strange, I probably made a mistake with the number, there are 4 and 5 next to each other on the keyboard, but this does not change the problem. I described the problem. Then it's up to you. If you want the players to have positive emotions from your product, then you will deal with this issue. If you don't care, then leave it as it is. So far, I have personally deleted this game from my computer, I will probably return to it later, when they fix it (if they fix it) those problems that really interfere with the game. At this point, I think the question can be closed.
