Game freezes since Update

Hello Engeneers and Developers...
Space Engeneers freezes up to 5 Minutes while playing...
the updates and tips about software updates didnt help so far....
What helps a bit is to turn off Autosave....
the Freezes become much worse after first Saving....
Dont wanna be misleading... maybe its a coincedence..
Also Items (like a complete Vehicle) disappear While these Freezes ... so i think it could be a Sync Problem...
Even so the change to Window modus helped a bit....
