Game freezes randomly

Hello,
Recently i logged onto space engineers and then it froze on my server every couple of minutes then had to be closed using task manager however my friend on the server does not have that issue. i do have a very expensive computer for space engineers and it used to run extremely good now it just freezes every minute or so then I need to forcefully close it
