Game freezes every 20m

I have the problem that every 20m more or less my game freezes for a few minutes and then i can play untill it freezes again. I've heard from other people that this bug is caused by something related to this 2 lines of the log :
MyGuiScreenBase.UnloadContent - START
MyGuiScreenBase.UnloadContent - END
Maybe this issue has been already solved, but I wasn't able to find anything on Google so, here u have it. Log file attached
