Game Freeze

Won't Fix

Hi, just got the game a week ago, play good but freeze for 10-30sec time to time. I lowered the setting to medium to see if any improvement will occur, but sadly no. See attach my DXDiag general and display.

Also, i run the game without any mod.

Hope you can help me on that Mather.

Thank you for contacting us. Please try following steps and let me know if it helped you:

Verify integrity of your game files (Right click on Space Engineers in Steam Library → Properties → Local Files → Verify Integrity of Game Files
Back up your whole Space Engineers Roaming folder and delete it (You can access your Roaming file by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers.)
Restart Steam
Reinstall VC Redist 2017
Update graphic drivers
Reinstall the game
Make sure your operating system is fully updated

Hi Katerina,

Thank you for your help, i did all requested except for the Roaming files. just want to confirm the exact process before doing it, the roaming file 1.35G, i don't want to do a mistake.

So:

1. do a back up of the file.

2. Delete completely the Roaming files (1.35G)

3. Restart the game?
