Game crashes when objects collide or ship goes fast

Won't Fix

The game keeps crashing when a ship crashes into anything, e.g. a planet or another ship. It's also crashing when I accelerate the ships and start to fly.

Never had this issue before, been playing for a long time.

I run the game on medium settings, as I always have, and it's never been a problem. Since the crashes, the game has started to use much more RAM, my computer has 16gb and the game when crashing uses all of it or at average 12gb. The game used to run at 6-8gb.

I would like to play but as I can't even fly a ship, I cannot.

Could this be looked into asap,

Could you please provide us with more information regarding the issue you reported including steps to reproduce and a log? To report a bug into our system it is necessary to have reliable steps to reproduce in order for programmers to fix it.

Hi, My log is attached, i loaded it today with the same issues, date- 2019-12-16.

It happens whenever i move any ship (small or large) beyond 40 m/s.

Sure, it did the same thing on one of my new worlds.

However it wont let me as its too large, and its compressed

Can i send it another way?

If you are having difficulty attaching files you can optionally use Google Drive. When sharing a google drive link please make sure it is set to be downloadable by anyone with the link.

Thank you for your response. However we weren't able to reproduce your issue and there is nothing relevant in your log. Please try to delete SpaceEngineer.cfg file and ShaderCache folder. Keep in mind that deleting SpaceEngineers.cfg file will remove your game settings. In case it won't help you, reinstall the game.

In case this issue persists, try to reinstall VC Redist 2017.
