Game crashes even after a GPU change and Win10 reinstall

Dear Support,
We can not make Space Engineers work on a PC with Windows10. All things circulating on the web we've tried (reload the game on steam, check consistency, reinstall directx, reinstall .net, change grass and other graphics setttings, reinstall windows, kill all background apps, even changed the GPU from 5700x to 2070 Super).
In all cases, independently from the actions we do in the game, it hangs and requires a restarts.
I attach the log files, please advise what to do.
