Game Crash When Overwriting Existing Script

This bug has been around for ages and I've submitted numerous bug supports on it but it still in the game as of now. Basically if you try and rename a script to the name of one that already exists the entire crashes to desktop.
Here is a brief video showing it. The video auto ends as the game crashes.
