game becomes unresponsive at the MOTD screen
Won't Fix
when attempting to connect to the official servers the game will constantly lock up at the MOTD screen but will eventually work around the 5th attempt.
crtl-alt-delete will not even load up the task manager after this happens.
only thing that will work is to sign out from ctrl-alt-delete or turn off the pc.

Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. Is this happening on a particular server or, multiple from the official servers? Also, does this happen on non-offical servers too? Could you please provide a log from when you experience this?
