[Frostbite] Sub-menu mouse scrolling moves both menus at once
Solved
When the scrollable menu you're in has a scrollable sub-menu, the mouse wheel scrolls both menus at the same time, making it impossible to use properly. You try to select something from a list and the entire page moves.
For example, trying to select an LCD image in the LCD terminal menu - You open the menu, scroll down to find the list of LCD images and then scroll those to find the one you want, but with this bug the entire screen scrolls up and down along with the image list.
It is infuriating.
