Friends can't respawn after death

I'm playing a custom estelar system custom game set to friends type of game, this is our first world as we bought the game.
Recently we have run into this issue that happens whenever they die. They get to choose the medical bay respawn point and so they choose and start loading only to be left waiting and they have to restart the whole game and access the game again.
This is very tedious for my friends and I don't know if have to set up a private server inside my computer or do what to solve this issue so I would love to get some help. Thank you :)

Sorry that you are experiencing this. Is this happening in one particular world/save or other worlds too? I appreciate this was your first world mentioned but wondered if you have tried any others since?
