Flashing blue shader on screen

So whenever I play Space Engineers, this lovely blue line flashes at about 20-30fps and goes from covering 90% of the screen to a small selection, depending on where I am looking. Does anyone else have a fix for this or is it just me?

Tested with both mods and without.

Tried verifying integrity of game files on Steam, nothing was wrong apparently.

AMD FX8350 4.0Ghz

GTX 970 SLI 4GB Memory

32gb RAM 1866mhz

Running off a 250GB SSD.

Disable any software that affects video output (ie: F.lux)

Update Video Drivers

Update OS

Make sure your video card isn't overheating

Verify Game files on Steam

I've tried doing this multiple times. Deleted the game files. Disabled all mods. Reinstalled. Still does it frequently.

Graphics cards are liquid cooled and never hit over 45C
