Fix the Game Paused Bug

If you are hosting a non-dedicated session or even a singleplayer game, upon leaving the game without saving when you load back up you are stuck on a "Game Paused" screen where nothing will load and you are unable to move or unpause the game. In addition, the key binds for pause game don't function either. Due to this game-breaking bug, I have had to restart a multitude of SE games.
