I am on Keen official server UK #1. I, and others, are unable to build or research some blocks. This includes Light Armour Block and Landing Gear making any kind of construction impossible.
I can build survival kit and also Assembler, but not Basic Assembler. This is confusing.
I have loaded a save game and it functions fine there, also on other servers. This seems to be specific to Keen Server UK #1, although may be on other official servers.

same for me after a server restart on DE6 my basic blocks (which not need progression unlock) are greyed out and I am hard stuck
