female engineer backpack strap stretches and clips into the backpack

I have noticed when walking around in third person the right strap that cuts vertically down the backpack stretches and clips into the backpack.
Here is an image that clearly shows what I am talking about:
Things to note, this does not seem visible at all when stationary, however it becomes apparent in third person zoomed in both during the walk and run cycles. I have not been able to find anything strange with the crouch and climbing cycles.
