Feedback site backend editor and child lists

Creating an unordered list , then editing the back end to add an indented list, shows the child list intended properly in the editor with an open circle, but when saved it collapses the inner list back into the outer list. It loses the open dot and the indentation. I was able to manually add the inner unordered list back in but only inside another list element.
