Faction's system broken on NA #2 after wipe

On Server NA #2, factions chat, member list and leaving factions and joining is broken, and rarely ever works doesnt even work after wipe
I have the same bug
Broken ok UK 2 so safe bet they are all the same. Cant leave faction or promote. Progression system is broken for at least faction members so might be related. will make seperate post.

Hi everyone,
If you have faction or progress issue after the hotfix 1.196.012, you have to disband the faction and make it again.
That will fix both issues.
