the white screen crash is STILL happening on my brand new computer, this is so awful that KEEN haven't been able to address or fix this yet :(

Every 5-20minutes the whole game freezes and I get the (not responding) text on the top of the screen. Then after a random period of time it goes back to normal for a few more minutes.

There's the problem Garrett... It's the Nvidia Card that Keen is having problems with. This forum is replete with people having issues with the game. I just bought a new system with an RTX2080 and as soon as my character comes within a block or so of any terminal block, I get a "Your graphics card overheated". Meanwhile my Graphics Card control panel shows me a temp of 34c...


It's been an ongoing issue for a LONG time bud. Don't hold your breath about a quick fix though - seems they only deal with issues that get a lot of votes... so I'll vote for yours..

I haven't been able to play since I got my new system and I'll be damned if I am going to go back to my 1660ti when I just spent a little over $3400 for this new system!
