Exiting Vehicle while holding Brake causes rover to stick

If you exit a rover while still holding the Brake (Spacebar for me), and then try to re-enter the vehicle, the rover is unable to move until you press the Brake again (sometimes a few times). I know now, but having to spend time figuring out what the problem was, was frustrating
