error loading new world

nm.KBFAF;OFGJSDHASDF.ZSJKFF.KJVi go to create a new world and it reports an error and then it throws me to the main menu screen and it wont let me add more than 3 mods, and wont let me take block limits off. i use a windows 7 computer.
