Engineer clips into armor blocks

The head of the engineer (and therefore the camera) seems to be able to clip through armor blocks now. Pretty consistently just need to be moving up or at even small speeds and you clip into the armor block. I've observed it in the attached save (along with another bug in another topic regarding bouncing instead of being able to walk)
